The installation that greets curious customers and passers-by from Wahaca’s giant bow window is the work of designer Stuart Haygarth.

Following his acclaimed installation-performance at Design Miami (December 07), Stuart returned to the UK to complete the piece for Wahaca. The work entitled Mercado is composed of found objects; recycled wooden fruit crates food cans and metal bottle tops from Wahaca’s kitchen and the recycling bins of the restaurant. Next... >>
